MDVIP is seeking an organic social strategist to own strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, building a calendar, producing and publishing content, and reporting on what works.
You’ll surface physician and patient stories to create shareable content, monitor brand health, and collaborate with SEO and content teams to amplify high-value material in a healthcare, high-trust environment. This is a real ownership role from day one in a growing program.
MDVIP is a national concierge medicine network with 1,300+ physicians across 45 states. Our model gives patients a primary care doctor with genuine time and access: smaller panels, same-day appointments, preventive care that actually happens. The people who find us tend to be actively looking for something better.
We’re building the organic growth program from the ground up. Content, SEO, CRO, and social work as one team with shared goals, not separate channels chasing their own metrics.
You’ll own organic social strategy and execution for MDVIP. This is a real ownership role: you set the strategy, build the calendar, produce and publish content, and report on what’s actually working.
The goal isn’t follower counts. It’s brand authority, physician storytelling, and the kind of trust-building that matters in healthcare. Because we’re YMYL, accuracy is non-negotiable and your editorial judgment has to be strong.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Content Manager, SEO Manager, and broader marketing team, and work directly with physicians on content.
If you’re an organic social strategist with real ownership experience, a strong editorial eye, and a background in healthcare or another high-trust category, we’d love to hear from you.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with social media management and scheduling platforms. Familiarity with social analytics tools and video editing software a plus.
