  • Hands-on experience with social media tools: Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social.

Job description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and execute brand storytelling across all social media platforms while managing the brand’s online presence and reputation. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative social strategies, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and create engaging content that resonates with audiences. You should have a deep understanding of digital trends, cultural moments, and platform best practices to drive meaningful engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and commercial objectives.
  • Oversee and maintain the brand’s online reputation, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms.
Content Creation & Execution
  • Craft short-form, shareable content tailored to platform-specific best practices.
  • Partner with the Content Center of Excellence to develop creative briefs and end-to-end social content plans.
  • Launch and manage data-driven creative campaigns informed by brand KPIs and media objectives.
Performance & Optimization
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to stakeholders, identifying insights for continuous improvement.
  • Optimize content based on audience engagement, platform updates, and emerging trends.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and creative teams to integrate social media into key business initiatives, events, and activations.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media marketing, digital content strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Expertise in major platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Technical & Creative Skills
  • Strong ability to create short-form videos, carousels, and platform-specific content.
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform content strategies.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Soft Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Sharp attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed.
