Job summary

Cooper’s Plumbing & Air in Bainbridge, GA and Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to produce high volumes of short-form video content weekly. The role is full-time and in-person, reporting to the Marketing Manager, and focuses on capturing real service work, installations, and customer experiences to showcase our skilled technicians.

You will film, edit, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and more, collaborating with field teams

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who can produce content consistently in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with short-form video content, familiarity with major platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), and ability to manage posting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Video Content Creation: produce, shoot, and edit short-form videos weekly.
• Creative Idea Development: generate creative ideas, follow trends, test formats.
• Social Media Publishing & Scheduling: manage daily publishing schedule to hit team goals.
• Photo Content Creation: support photo-based social media posts.
• Event and Field Content: document events, trainings, and on-site work for social media.

Position Overview

The Social Media Content Creator willbe responsible fordeveloping ideas, filming, producing, and publishing a large volume of short-form video content each weekacross multiple platforms including:

• TikTok,Instagram Reels,Facebook,YouTube Shorts,Pinterest,LinkedIn

This role is ideal for someone who enjoysfilming real-world content, telling stories through video, experimenting with creative ideas, and producing content at a fast pace.

You will work closely with theMarketing Managerand our technicians to capture real service work, installations, behind-the-scenes moments, customer experiences, and educational content that helps homeowners learn about plumbing and HVAC.

This is ahands-on content creation rolewherethe majority ofyour time will bespentfilming, editing, and publishing content.

Key Responsibilities

Video Content Creation

Produce,shoot, andeditingshort-form videosweekly.

Creative Idea Development

We want someone who enjoys generating creative ideas, following trends,and testing new formats.

Social Media Publishing & Scheduling

The Social Media Content Creator willbe responsible foremanning the daily publishing scheduleto meet the goals of the team.

Photo Content Creation

In addition to video content, this role will also support photo-based social media posts.

Event and Field Content

Our team regularlyparticipatesin events, training, and community activities that should be documented through social media, as well as onjobsite filming.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is comfortable producing content consistently and working in a fast-paced,creative environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience creating short-form video content

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Strong understanding of social media trends

• Comfortable filming and editing content quickly

• Ability to produce a high volume of content consistently

• Strong creativity and storytelling ability

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage posting schedules

• Comfortable working around technicians and job sites

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

The following experience is helpful but notrequired:

• Video editing experience usingeditingsoftware

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business

• Photography skills

• Graphic design skills

• Experience using social media scheduling tools

Work Environment

This position will involve a mix ofoffice work, field filming at job sites, event coverage, and content production and editing.
