Influenc, Inc. is seeking a Social Media Management Intern to support the marketing and social operations team. You will help with day-to-day social media execution, content scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance analysis across multiple platforms.

The role is hybrid with remote flexibility; East Coast candidates are preferred and some travel may be required. This is ideal for someone early in their career seeking hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and distributed startup

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Experience working virtually with distributed teams.
• East Coast location preferred and able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content across platforms.
• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses.
• Support reporting on content performance using defined KPIs.
• Help maintain content calendars and posting workflows.
• Conduct basic competitive and trend research.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams.
• Support campaign execution and testing initiatives.
