Ambo Properties is hiring a Social Media Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, give engaging tours, manage the leasing process, and drive occupancy. You will blend in-person interactions with digital marketing, creating content and engaging with communities online to generate leads and promote the property.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6+ months in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality.
• Confident communicator with a passion for helping people.
• Comfortable engaging with prospects in person and on social platforms.
• Organized, responsive, and solutions-oriented.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi, RealPage, or Remote Landlord is a plus.
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective residents warmly and professionally.
• Conduct engaging tours of the property.
• Manage all stages of leasing — inquiries to signed leases.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and CRM systems.
• Handle leasing paperwork and application screening with accuracy.
• Support move-ins and coordinate onboarding.
• Assist in resident retention and renewal efforts.
• Ensure model unit, leasing office, and common areas are tour-ready.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager and maintenance team.
• Marketing & social media: create posts, photos, and short videos; promote availability and events.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain a positive online presence.
