• Conduct research on best practices from peer institutions.
• Develop a content calendar and manage postings.
• Create multimedia content (graphics, reels, infographics, short videos).
• Monitor engagement and track analytics (reach, impressions, follower growth).
• Assist in planning SON events (open house, info sessions, recruitment).
• Support promotion of events via social media campaigns.
• Capture event highlights for future content.
