Responsibilities

• Complete in-depth reports on background data and social media findings.
• Work closely with team members on complex cases to resolve identities on social media or databases.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication with team members and clients.
• Complete an average of 1.5 core social media reports per 8-hour work day.
• Read, analyze, and distill large amounts of information from social networking profiles and articles.
• Conduct multiple research reports while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding subjects under investigation.
