Position Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Influencer & Community Manager who will be the connective tissue between our brand, our fans, and the influential voices shaping culture. This person will lead the identification, engagement, and management of influencers and creators across platforms, while also building a vibrant, loyal brand community—both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Management

  • Build and scale a structured influencer program, from micro to macro creators.
  • Research, vet, and onboard new influencers that align with our brand values and audience.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage gifting strategies, and oversee deliverables.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Cultivate authentic, long-term relationships with key content creators.

Community Building

  • Engage with our community across all social platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)—respond to comments, DMs, tags, and UGC.
  • Develop programs to spotlight loyal customers, top fans, and repeat buyers.
  • Create opportunities for brand evangelists to contribute, share, and grow with us.
  • Organize and host occasional virtual or in-person community events, giveaways, or AMAs.
  • Monitor sentiment, identify community trends, and relay valuable feedback to the broader team.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm content campaigns and product seeding strategies.
  • Partner with Customer Experience to ensure seamless communication when issues arise in the community.
  • Coordinate with ecommerce and retail teams to drive in-store moments and launches through influencer buzz.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years experience in influencer marketing, community management, or social media strategy.
  • Proven success managing influencer campaigns that drove engagement and sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms, creator culture, and digital trends.
  • Comfortable with social tools like Later, Sprout, CreatorIQ, or similar.
  • Highly organized with a get-it-done attitude and passion for connecting people.
  • Bonus: Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
