Job summary

The Arizona Cardinals are seeking a Manager of Social Media and Emerging Platforms to play a key role in shaping and amplifying the voice of the Cardinals brand.

This individual will help lead the execution of our social media strategy, support the development and growth of our influencer and creator marketing efforts, and contribute to the creation of compelling, brand-aligned content that drives engagement, builds fan connection, and supports broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, marketing, business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least five years of professional experience in digital/social content and marketing strategy.
• Hands-on experience managing social media in a professional sports environment preferred.
• Expert knowledge of social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Emplifi, Google Analytics, native analytics).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development of platform-specific content strategies focused on engagement and brand consistency.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Direct and support coverage of Cardinals games and related events.
• Oversee planning, organization, and scheduling of the social media content calendar.
• Collaborate with Original Content to publish across Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube/Shorts.
• Execute sponsored content strategy and provide recommendations.
• Lead creator and influencer engagement for initiatives and events.
• Identify influencers and brand ambassadors aligned with the team’s values.
• Monitor fans in real time to strengthen relationships and amplify the voice of the Red Sea.
• Use insights to inform content strategy and future campaigns; assist in reporting.
