Job summary

The Arizona Cardinals are seeking a Manager of Social Media and Emerging Platforms to shape and amplify the voice of the Cardinals brand. This role will help lead the execution of our social media strategy, support influencer and creator marketing efforts, and contribute to compelling content that drives engagement and fan connection.

In this role, the Manager will collaborate with Marketing, Content, Brand, Partnerships, and Football Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing or related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in digital/social content and marketing strategy.
• Hands-on experience managing social media in a professional sports environment preferred.
• Expert knowledge of platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Proven experience with analytics tools and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop platform-specific content strategies focused on engagement, trends, and brand consistency.
• Stay informed on emerging trends and platform updates to guide digital innovation.
• Direct and support coverage of games and related events.
• Oversee the social media content calendar and align with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Original Content to publish engaging content across key platforms.
• Lead influencer engagement and ensure alignment with brand and partnerships.
• Research and identify influencers who align with Cardinals’ mission and values.
• Monitor fan engagement and respond in real time to strengthen connections.
• Analyze performance data to advise future content and campaigns.
• Assist in creating internal reports and presentations.
