With opportunities to work on large‑scale projects with some of the world’s most innovative brands, this is a chance to make a significant impact on global marketing efforts.

As a member of the Google marketing team, you will collaborate closely with internal teams including product managers, creative designers, engineers, and analytics experts. Your role will be central to driving successful digital campaigns, optimizing performance, and contributing to the overall digital strategy that accelerates our clients' success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across a variety of digital channels, including paid media (search, display, video), social media (paid and organic), email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage and optimize digital ad budgets, ensuring campaigns achieve KPIs while staying within budget constraints.
  • Data‑Driven Optimization
    • Leverage advanced analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
    • Use data insights to continuously improve campaign strategies, audience segmentation, and channel performance, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
    • Lead A/B testing initiatives to test new approaches and refine strategies for maximum impact.
    • Develop detailed reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
    • Partner with cross‑functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
    • Work closely with external clients to understand their needs, deliver strategic recommendations, and build long‑term relationships based on trust and results.
    • Support the marketing leadership team in identifying new opportunities for growth, both within existing client accounts and through new business development.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership
    • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to Google’s marketing initiatives.
    • Test and experiment with new digital marketing tools and techniques to find innovative ways to drive results and enhance client experiences.
    • Contribute to thought leadership within the company, sharing insights, trends, and emerging digital marketing strategies with the wider team.
  • Brand Growth & Community Engagement
    • Create and execute strategies to enhance brand recognition and establish thought leadership for Google and its clients within their respective industries.
    • Oversee community‑building initiatives through digital platforms, ensuring that Google’s brand voice is consistent and engaging across all channels.
    • Help cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and brand ambassadors to drive organic growth and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role with a strong track record of driving successful digital campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Demonstrated experience working with large‑scale budgets and managing complex, integrated marketing initiatives.
    • Proven ability to manage client relationships, from strategic consultation to hands‑on execution, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and others.
    • Advanced knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and content strategy, including technical SEO, on‑page and off‑page optimization, and keyword research.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data‑backed decisions to improve marketing effectiveness.
    • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in an accessible and persuasive manner.
  • Experience in managing cross‑functional teams, providing mentorship and leadership, and fostering a collaborative, results‑oriented culture.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Education
