A dynamic digital marketing firm is seeking a Creative Social Media Executive to design high-quality posts and engaging reels. In this full-time remote role, you will manage content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and tracking performance metrics. You will also be responsible for creating captivating captions and researching new trends to enhance engagement. Ideal candidates are skilled in Canva and CapCut, with a passion for creative social media strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating high-quality social media content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Maintain and execute a weekly/monthly content calendar
• Write strong captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with the brand voice
• Ensure brand consistency (colors, fonts, templates, tone) across all content
• Respond to comments and DMs promptly; handle community and basic queries
• Track performance (reach, engagement, views) and share weekly/monthly reports
• Research trends and propose new content ideas to improve growth and engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams for briefs, approvals, and required assets

Creative Social Media Executive designs high-quality posts and edit engaging reels using Canva and CapCut. Responsible for publishing, scheduling, and managing content across all social media platforms.

Work Details

Location: Remote (Philippines, Pakistan, Bangladesh)

Working Time: 07:00 AM to 4 PM CST

Employee Status: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Starting Date: Immediately

Compensation salary: Industry standard + Monthly Performance Bonus
