Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in journalism, public relations, graphic design, or communications; or equivalent experience as outlined in the job description.

• Familiarity with social media platforms, storytelling, and audience engagement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies aligned with Iowa PBS campaigns.
• Create platform-specific content including posts, graphics, photography, and short-form video.
• Monitor audience conversations and trends to inform content and outreach.
• Analyze performance and report insights to optimize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
