Job summary

Reworld is seeking a part-time, in-person Social Media & Graphic Design Intern for our Florham Park, NJ office. You will execute the company’s social media strategy, manage presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, and help develop a content calendar.

This hands-on role pairs visual storytelling with brand standards, offering experience in design assets, captions, and basic analytics. Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, and a portfolio is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and visual content creation.
• Intermediate graphic design skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a plus.
• Comfortable navigating LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, with an interest in social media trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the broader team.
• Portfolio or examples of previous design and social media or other creative work are encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Execute the established social media strategy, managing the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Develop and maintain a social media content calendar. Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content. Write captions and assist with developing creative concepts for posts, reels, stories, and other social content. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages when appropriate, and help maintain a positive online presence. Track basic social media analytics and provide insights on content performance.
• Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design graphics and visual assets for social media, marketing requests and other company needs. Maintain consistency with the company's visual identity, branding, fonts, colors, and overall aesthetic.
