Alpaca Health is seeking a Social Media Manager to own our presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. You will run the calendar, post consistently, and engage the community, while creating content that resonates and drives trust in autism care.

Ideal candidates will shoot and edit video, seize trends quickly, and collaborate with brand, design, and events teams. A bold, authentic voice and strong writing are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media across multiple channels.
• Ability to tailor content per platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the channels: Run the content calendar and post consistently across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Tailor content to each platform instead of cross-posting the same thing everywhere.
• Shoot and edit short-form video yourself from events, providers, and families.
• Jump on trends fast and turn everyday moments into scroll-stopping content.
• Grow followers, reach, and engagement, and respond to comments and DMs.
• Build a steady pipeline of provider and family stories and user-generated content.
• Turn providers, families, and moments into content that builds real trust.
• Track what works, double down on it, and report on growth and inbound social drives.
