Job summary

A Fare Extraordinaire in Houston is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to lead content and strategy for three brands, capturing, editing, planning, and publishing content that reflects our client events and internal culture across all brands.

You will photograph events, manage content calendars, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Culinary, and Design to bring brand narratives to life, including after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Experience managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Strong photography and video skills for live events and behind-the-scenes content.
• Proficient in graphic design and editing tools (CapCut, Edits, Lightroom, Canva, Adobe suite).
• Excellent writing with a clear brand voice and timely follower engagement.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, operations, culinary, and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content at events for all brands.
• Document internal culture and monthly team activities.
• Photograph food and beverages for proposals and marketing materials.
• Organize photo database for cross-department use.
• Edit and format content for on-brand presentation.
• Deliver quick-turn coverage during live events, including evenings and weekends.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars across brands.
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm stories and activations.
• Align content strategy with senior management and brand voice.
• Engage with followers and partner accounts to grow reach.
