Job summary

Experience Tulsa, a dynamic initiative within InTulsa Initiative, LLC, seeks a Content Support & Publishing specialist to help manage multi-platform content, calendars in Asana, and asset coordination.

You'll monitor social channels, assist with community engagement during events, and support analytics with performance snapshots to guide strategy. A bachelor's degree and familiarity with Sprout Social/Adobe Creative Suite are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience/internships).
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic content creation principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social), and project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
• Experience with Canva, Capcut, Frame.io, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, editing, and scheduling content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
• Maintain and update the content calendar in Asana, ensuring alignment with campaigns and brand voice.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather assets, stories, and event details for content creation.
• Manage photography and videography assets across internal DAMs and knowledge systems.
