Job summary

Charlie Clark Auto Group is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence across platforms. You will coordinate posts, monitor engagement, and support content production for multiple dealership locations.

The role requires a portfolio showing photo/video work and 2–5 years of related experience. Expected to work with a fast-paced media team, plan campaigns, write captions, and ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience creating media content (photography & videography) for digital platforms.
• Portfolio or samples of photo and video work demonstrating creative direction, composition, and editing.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in media production, photography, film, or related field preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Strong skill in social media and digital communication.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written communication and caption-writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule posts across social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels and respond or route inquiries as appropriate.
• Moderate live chats and social media interactions during live streams, ensuring professional engagement.
• Assist in planning and organizing social media campaigns.
• Write engaging captions and social media copy.
• Track social media performance and engagement.
• Coordinate media team content to ensure timely posting of content.
• Maintain social media calendars and posting schedules.
• Assist with brainstorming and developing new content ideas.
• Ensure brand consistency across social media platforms.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, early mornings, and weekends as required.
• Support coverage of events and community outreach initiatives when needed.
