Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens in Columbus, OH is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to grow and manage our social media channels, analyze performance, and support cross-department marketing initiatives.

You will craft strategic content, monitor trends, engage with followers, and help produce press materials while maintaining our brand standards. This role offers a full-time schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in marketing or PR.
• 1+ year experience in public relations or marketing, nonprofit setting preferred.
• Experience managing multiple social channels and creating engaging content.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Conservatory’s social media channels and develop an organization-wide plan.
• Stay current on social media trends and create channel-specific content.
• Track and report social analytics monthly and annually.
• Engage with followers, respond to questions, and monitor reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure cohesive, on-brand messaging.
• Draft press releases and assist with proofreading marketing materials.
• Represent the Marketing Department in meetings and community calendars.
