About The Role

As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be the voice of Greentech Renewables across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook. You’ll create engaging content, manage our posting calendar, and connect with a community that cares about sustainability and clean energy. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, trends, and making an impact through digital media.

What You’ll Do
  • Content Creation & Posting: Plan, create, and schedule content (images, videos, stories, posts) across all social channels.
  • Community Management: Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with our audience in a timely, friendly, and on-brand manner.
  • Campaign Support: Work with our marketing team to support product launches, campaigns, and initiatives with tailored social media strategies.
  • Trend Tracking: Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices—especially in green tech and sustainability.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (likes, shares, engagement, reach, etc.) and provide monthly performance reports with insights and improvement ideas.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure all content reflects Greentech’s values, mission, and tone—informative, optimistic, and environmentally focused.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 1–3 years managing social media professionally (brand, agency, or nonprofit).
  • Platforms: Proficient in Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite) is a plus.
  • Content Skills: Basic graphic design (Canva or Adobe tools), video editing (Reels, TikTok), and copywriting abilities.
  • Tone Awareness: Ability to adjust voice and tone depending on platform and audience.
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable managing a content calendar independently and meeting deadlines.
  • Interest in Sustainability: Bonus points if you’re passionate about renewable energy, climate change, or environmental issues!
