A fast-growing media and tech company in Nashville seeks a creative Social Media Content Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies for a children's brand. The ideal candidate will engage parents with authenticity and creativity while aligning content with the company's mission. This flexible contract role involves approx. 10–20 hours a week. Passion for storytelling and faith is essential.

Minno is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Specialist (Contractor) to support the creation, execution, and optimization of social media strategies for Minno Kids across key platforms.
The ideal candidate understands how to engage moms and parents, particularly within Christian communities, with authenticity, respect, and creativity, and in line with the Minno brand tone and voice. Experience in children’s media or family-friendly brands is highly valued.
This role requires someone who can balance thoughtful messaging for faith-based audiences with the energy and fun that parents expect from children’s entertainment brands.
This is a flexible, project-based contract role (10–20 hours/week). If you’re passionate about using digital storytelling to support families and faith, we’d love to hear from you!
