We are seeking experienced Social Media Content Specialists available to work various shifts, including days (8AM-4PM CST), evenings (4PM-12AM CST), and overnights (12AM-8AM CST), as well as weekends, throughout the week.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments on clients’ social channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) using their brand voice.
• Create engaging written content to boost participation and engagement.
• Provide excellent social media experiences for our clients’ audiences.
• Escalate issues, insights, and opportunities appropriately.
• Understand and adhere to clients’ social media strategies, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure community safety policies and brand guidelines are followed.

Qualifications:

• Native fluency in British English; additional languages considered an asset.
• Exceptional written communication skills in British English.
• Residency in the USA.
• Flexible availability for shifts and weekends; no limitations can be accommodated.
• Experience moderating and engaging across social media platforms.
• Proficiency in creating content that aligns with brand voice and guidelines.
• Ability to adapt tone and voice per customer.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Interest and knowledge in content moderation across industries.
• Reliable high-speed internet with no data restrictions.
• An active Facebook account.

Note: Full-time (32-40 hours) and part-time (24-32 hours) roles available, with shifts of 8 hours as outlined above.

Additional Information:

The hourly rate ranges from $14.75 to $15.00 USD, based on experience and skills.
