Job summary

U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union is seeking a Social Media and Content Manager to lead the credit union's social media strategy and day-to-day content creation across platforms.

You will craft on-brand copy, design visuals, and produce short-form video while aligning with compliance and brand values. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in social media or content marketing, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and a portfolio.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in social media management or content marketing.
• Portfolio of social media work required for consideration.
• Experience in financial services is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish on-brand content including copy and visuals.
• Produce and edit short-form video Content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
• Monitor trends, provide performance insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership and Multimedia Specialist on campaigns.
• Manage monthly social media budget and ensure compliance with branding.
