Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on creative production with social media content.
• Ability to script and produce short-form video.
• Experience supporting PR and event coordination is a plus.
• Ability to maintain a content calendar and brand voice across channels.

Responsibilities

• Concept, script, produce, and publish original short-form video for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other ReminderMedia channels.
• Appear on camera and direct other on-camera participants including employees, clients, and partners.
• Produce supporting static and design assets for social, email, and web placement.
• Maintain a published content calendar and hit an agreed posting cadence across all active channels.
• Apply and maintain ReminderMedia brand voice, visual standards, and messaging guidelines across every channel.
• Use approved AI tools for image, design, and video production in accordance with ReminderMedia’s AI Use Policy, including required documentation of AI-assisted assets.
• Track channel and post-level performance against defined engagement and growth targets, and report results on a recurring cadence.
