Job summary

Tabañero Holdings in Delray Beach is seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Intern to bring the brand to life across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels. This hands-on role focuses on content creation, UGC, social engagement, and influencer outreach, with on-site work required at our Delray Beach office.

You will brainstorm, shoot, edit, and publish content, engage with the community, respond to questions, and help build relationships with creators who align with the brand.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, PR, or related field.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and creator culture.
• Comfortable filming content on a mobile device (iPhone or similar).
• Basic short-form video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, or Canva.
• Creative eye for food, lifestyle, and social-first content.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop engaging social content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Film and edit short-form video content featuring products, recipes, trends, and brand moments.
• Create authentic UGC-style content that feels native to social platforms.
• Monitor trends and opportunities for Tabañero to participate with creators.
• Manage the social content calendar and assist with scheduling and publishing content.
• Respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and customer questions, keeping responses on-brand.
