Maxis, Malaysia's leading converged solutions company, invites applications for a Social Media & Digital Engagement Intern. You will gain hands-on experience in managing social media initiatives, content creation, and digital engagement campaigns while supporting cross-functional teams.

This internship offers exposure to digital marketing strategies, brand engagement, and real business initiatives within a fast-paced environment; start in September for up to 6 months.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, particularly META and TikTok.
• Creative thinker with brand-aligned ideas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends, engagement opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms such as META and TikTok.
• Support the creation of engaging digital content, including visuals, captions, and campaign materials aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate and support customer reward and engagement initiatives across digital channels.
• Monitor social media platforms to ensure appropriate engagement and maintain a positive online community.
