This position is focused on content creation, videography, photography, and short-form video for social media.

We are looking for someone who understands that creating content for social media is different from traditional photography or videography. You should understand how Reels and short-form content need to be shot, what shots are needed, and how to make the most out of a shoot.

You will work alongside our existing videographer and help us produce a consistent supply of high-quality content for the different businesses we manage.

What You'll Do

• Travel to client locations for scheduled content shoots.
• Shoot high-quality video, Reels, short-form content, and photography.

• Help ensure every client receives professional, visually appealing content for their social media pages.

• Has experience creating Instagram Reels, TikToks, or other short-form video content.
• Has strong videography and photography skills.
• Understands social-media-first content creation.
• Knows how to capture the right shots without needing constant direction.
• Has a strong eye for composition, lighting, angles, movement, and detail.
• Is quick and efficient while shooting.
• Is creative and can come up with ideas on the spot.
• Understands how to make a product, service, location, or business look visually appealing.
• Is comfortable working at different client locations and with different types of businesses.
• Works well with a team and can collaborate with our existing videographer.
• Has a portfolio or examples of previous work.

The Right Person

We're not simply looking for someone who knows how to operate a camera.

We need someone who understands social media content and can walk into a client's location and quickly figure out:

What should we shoot?

What angles should we get?

What shots will make a good Reel?

What else can we capture while we're here?

Our clients are in different industries, so you should be comfortable creating content for everything from restaurants and doctors to automotive businesses, retail, professional services, and more.

You should be someone who moves quickly, has a creative eye, and understands how to turn a relatively short shoot into a large amount of usable, high-quality social media content.
