Overview

The Content Creator is a storyteller to the core, with skills in videography, directing and editing. Working with our client who is a leading provider of office supplies, technology solutions and business services, this role develops engaging content that connects with audiences and strengthens the brand across social, digital and retail channels. The Content Creator will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead video shoots from setup to direction, and produce innovative content that drives awareness, engagement and customer loyalty.


Pay rate: $32.00-$37.04


Contract dates: 10/6/25 - 3/20/26


Location: Framingham, MA


Full-time 40 hours/week



Duties & Responsibilities


  • Create visual content for social media, digital platforms and retail marketing

  • Partner with marketing, writers and designers to bring stories to life

  • Lead projects from concept to final execution

  • Develop storyboards and mock-ups for review

  • Stay current on digital and industry trends and bring fresh ideas forward

  • Lead video shoots, including setup, crew coordination and directing talent

  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand style, tone and quality



Skills & Qualifications


  • Strong understanding of social media best practices

  • Experience leading video shoots and directing talent

  • Proficiency in video editing and production; motion graphics a plus

  • Ability to create content that engages and attracts audiences

  • Familiarity with design tools and willingness to learn new techniques, including AI

  • Experience in retail-focused creative is a plus

  • Strong storytelling and collaboration skills



Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience in content creation, videography, editing and social media

  • Portfolio showcasing video, social and digital creative work

  • Motion graphics design experience a plus
