Job summary

Cirrus is seeking a Social Media Advisor to support daily content creation and channel coordination, helping extend brand reach and engage new audiences. You will work closely with PR and Marketing to execute campaigns and craft compelling copy across platforms.

The role emphasizes content development, influencer coordination, and performance reporting. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Vision Center in Knoxville, TN, with travel and driving requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Social Media, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience in social media.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong social media management platform skills (Sprout, SEM Rush, etc.).
• Foundational photography, videography and technology skills to support content creation.
• Creative self-starter with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Content and Channel Support across Cirrus’ platforms.
• Maintain and update content calendars, schedule and publish content.
• Assist with execution of campaigns aligned with marketing and communications plans.
• Draft engaging social media copy and coordinate photos, videos and assets.
• Monitor interactions and coordinate responses with team members.
• Identify opportunities to repurpose content from PR initiatives and events.
• Stay informed on social media trends and platform updates.
