Avatardesk is seeking a Social Media Content Assistant to help develop fresh content ideas and support our media team. This full-time role is based in Houston and requires 40 hours per week with hands-on involvement in client shoots.

You will write scripts for Reels and short-form videos, shape creative concepts, and travel to client locations to assist with content creation. Company equipment is provided, and fresh ideas and a willingness to learn are highly valued.

Position: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Pay: $15 per hour

Experience: Previous Experience Required

Responsibilities

• Write scripts for Reels, short-form videos, and other social content.
• Help shape creative concepts that reflect each client's brand.
• Travel to client locations to assist with content creation and video shoots.
• Support content planning, media coordination, and other media-related tasks.

• Reliable transportation to client locations.

• Communicate with clients and the internal team to coordinate shoots, content needs, and feedback.
• Having your own camera or content creation equipment is a plus, but not required. Company equipment is available.
• Extensive experience is not required. We value fresh ideas, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
