Job summary

Genesis 360 LLC is seeking a Social Media & Content Assistant to craft engaging content that highlights our projects, people, and capabilities. The role offers a part-time schedule (10–25 hours/week) with flexibility and hands-on experience in marketing, digital media, and graphics.

You will create videos, posts, and graphics, write captions, and manage a content calendar while occasionally attending sites/events to capture media. Experience with Canva/CapCut and strong writing are preferred.

• Experience with CapCut or similar video editors.
• Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and formats.

• Create static social media posts and branded graphics each week.

• Schedule and publish content across Genesis 360's social media platforms.
• Create graphics for recruiting, announcements, presentations, events, and other needs.
• Use graphic design, video editing, AI tools to create and repurpose content.
• Maintain the social media content calendar and organize assets.
• Occasionally attend local project sites or events to capture photos and video.
• Support other marketing and content needs as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Create short-form videos and reels using company photos, videos, and project content.

• Help maintain the social media content calendar and organize photos, videos, graphics, and other digital assets.
• Occasionally attend local project sites, company events, or office activities to capture photos and video.
• Support other marketing and content needs as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Experience creating social media content, graphics, reels, or short-form video through coursework, student organizations, internships, personal projects, or other experience.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar graphic design and content creation tools.
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe products, or similar video editing tools preferred.
• Comfortable using and learning AI-enabled tools and other content creation technology.
• Strong writing, grammar, proofreading, and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and current content formats.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation

Hourly compensation based on experience and skill set.
