Role & Responsibilities Social Media Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Branding
- Create engaging social media content (posts, reels, shorts, carousels, infographics) tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), and Facebook.
- Develop minimum 2 video-based posts daily, ensuring consistent brand presence.
- Write captions, hashtags, and SEO-friendly descriptions aligned with CyberGRC’s brand voice.
On-Camera Presence
- Actively appear on camera to create video content, reels, and shorts.
- Represent CyberGRC in webinars, podcasts, and live sessions to connect with learners and audiences.
- Build personal rapport with followers by being the face of the brand.
Webinars & Podcasts
- Conduct, moderate, and host webinars, masterclasses, and podcasts for the company.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts, trainers, and guests to ensure smooth execution.
- Promote upcoming events across all social channels to maximize participation.
Community Growth & Engagement
- Engage with followers through comments, DMs, polls, and interactive content.
- Grow CyberGRC’s online community by converting followers into learners and brand advocates.
- Track engagement, identify trends, and suggest improvements to increase reach and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance metrics (views, reach, engagement, conversion).
- Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Continuously optimize strategies to improve visibility and follower growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 0–2 years in social media marketing, digital content creation, or influencer-style branding.
- Camera-Friendly Personality: Comfortable being on camera daily for content, reels, and live sessions.
- Creativity & Storytelling: Ability to create relatable, impactful, and trending video content.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar video editing tools.
- Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, hosting, and presentation skills to conduct webinars and podcasts.
- Mindset: Outgoing, energetic, and willing to experiment with new formats (memes, challenges, trending reels).
- Education: Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if skills are proven).
