About the job

If you live and breathe social media strategy, you may be the perfect fit for this exciting, remote opportunity. A one-to-one marketing agency with a global presence seeks a Social Media Community Manager to oversee the creation and distribution of social media content by the company's owner. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborates with partner store teams and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment and amplification of the company's messaging across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must reside in Miami or NYC.

Responsibilities
  1. Conceptualize and coordinate a content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  2. Collaborate with corporate teams to align promotional campaigns, messaging, and partnership announcements
  3. Maintain the company's voice and values across all content and online messaging
  4. Respond to customer comments on social media posts to increase engagement, following customer care best practices
  5. Provide detailed reports on social media campaign effectiveness using performance-tracking tools
  6. Work with influencers to boost content amplification, account visibility, and engagement
  7. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on insights and testing results
Requirements
  1. At least four years of experience managing high-profile brands or e-commerce social media accounts
  2. Deep understanding of social media tracking, content optimization, engagement impact, and KPIs
  3. Intermediate proficiency with Canva or Adobe Photoshop
  4. Intermediate proficiency with social video-editing tools (e.g., Capcut, Captions App, InShot)
  5. Familiarity with SEO blog practices and WordPress
  6. A good eye for composition and design
  7. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics)
  8. Willingness to travel up to 25% for conferences and events
  9. Availability for some evenings and weekend hours
Additional Details

This is a full-time, remote position within the EST time zone. Candidates must reside in Miami or NYC. The salary is $100K+ annually.
