InnerBloom Hospitality is seeking a creative, highly organized, and hospitality-driven Social Media & Brand Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen our restaurant brands, expand our customer base, and drive guest engagement and revenue.
With seven restaurants representing five distinct brands across the Twin Cities, we see significant opportunities to elevate our marketing presence, create engaging content, and build stronger connections with our guests and communities.
This is not a traditional desk job.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being in restaurants, connecting with teams, understanding our guests, and experiencing firsthand what makes each brand unique. This individual will spend meaningful time in our restaurants, learning our concepts, food and beverage programs, service culture, and the communities we serve.
The position combines hands‑on content creation, social media management, digital marketing, branding, and marketing coordination with opportunities to contribute creative ideas for promotions, partnerships, events, and guest engagement.
As a small corporate team, we value individuals who are resourceful, detail‑oriented, accountable, and capable of independently managing their responsibilities while contributing to a collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant social platforms across our restaurant brands.
- Create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging content, including photography, video, Reels, stories, graphics, and written posts.
- Develop and maintain organized content calendars tailored to each brand's identity, audience, and marketing priorities.
- Capture original photography and video content while coordinating professional shoots when appropriate.
- Monitor social media performance, identify trends, and recommend opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
- Support guest communication and engagement through social media platforms as needed.
Marketing, Branding & Creative Development
- Collaborate with leadership to develop creative ideas for promotions, guest engagement, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and future restaurant activations.
- Create and coordinate digital and printed marketing materials, including advertisements, menus, signage, promotional materials, and branded collateral.
- Develop and distribute guest-facing email marketing communications, including newsletters, promotions, special events, and restaurant announcements.
- Help strengthen existing marketing efforts while identifying opportunities across our restaurant portfolio.
- Support initiatives designed to increase restaurant traffic, reservations, private dining inquiries, guest loyalty, and revenue.
Restaurant Immersion & Brand Understanding
- Spend meaningful time across our seven restaurants and five brands, with time and marketing priorities allocated based on each brand's needs and opportunities.
- Work alongside restaurant teams during designated service periods to understand operations, menus, employees, culture, and guest experiences.
- Build relationships with restaurant leadership and employees while developing an understanding of each brand's identity, guest demographics, neighborhood, and community.
- Translate firsthand experiences into authentic storytelling, engaging content, and meaningful marketing initiatives.
Marketing Organization & Coordination
- Maintain organized marketing calendars, promotional schedules, content libraries, and project timelines.
- Coordinate marketing materials, photography, outside creative partners, and vendor deliverables as needed.
- Perform routine website updates, including menus, hours, events, photography, and promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality across marketing platforms and materials.
- Track project progress, meet deadlines, and provide regular updates on marketing initiatives and results.
WHO WE'RE LOKING FOR:
- Organization & Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, projects, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Accountability & Ownership: Takes responsibility for their work, follows through on commitments, communicates proactively, and independently manages responsibilities without constant oversight.
- Creativity & Initiative: Brings fresh ideas, recognizes opportunities, and can translate concepts into thoughtful, engaging marketing.
- Writing & Communication: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to represent each restaurant's unique voice and personality.
- Hospitality Passion & Instincts: Genuine enthusiasm for restaurants, food, beverage, service, and the details that create exceptional guest experiences.
- Commitment to Quality: Takes pride in producing polished, accurate, and thoughtful work that reflects the standards of our brands.
- Collaboration & Adaptability: Enjoys working with a small team, building relationships, and adapting to the priorities of a dynamic hospitality environment.
- Drive & Initiative: Motivated to learn, contribute, identify opportunities, and make a meaningful impact on our brands and business.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, food and beverage, or lifestyle marketing strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated photography, videography, short‑form video editing, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable platforms.
- Strong written communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple brands and marketing initiatives.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and basic website content management preferred.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends based on restaurant events and content opportunities.
- Ability to travel between restaurant locations throughout the Twin Cities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND OPPORTUNITY:
This is a part‑time position averaging 20–25 hours per week, with a primarily in‑person presence across our restaurant locations.
While content editing, scheduling, planning, and administrative responsibilities are part of the role, we believe effective hospitality marketing begins with understanding the restaurants, their people, and their guests.
We are looking for someone who can balance creative thinking with consistent execution and accountability.
As our marketing efforts evolve, we are open to this position becoming a more integral part of our corporate operations, with opportunities for expanded responsibilities and hours based on business needs and demonstrated results.
