Job summary

Shiva Jewelers is seeking a proactive individual to manage digital media content and social campaigns. You will build and optimize online presence, coordinate email and WhatsApp campaigns, and assist customers in a fast-paced jewelry retail environment.

Responsibilities include updating the website, managing SEO, handling inventory presentation, and supporting in-store operations while maintaining a professional and enthusiastic customer service approach.

Responsibilities

• Keep all digital media content up to date
• Create and schedule social media content and campaigns
• Build, maintain and optimize social and digital media
• Develop and execute media campaigns that drive awareness and engagement
• Create and manage customer base for email and WhatsApp campaigns
• Update instore display content
• Maintain and update website content reflecting products and services
• Maintain and optimize SEO
• Maintain calendar and business page
• Keep the store clean and presentable
• Display inventory and manage labeling
• Be knowledgeable about products on sale
• Be proficient in using POS systems
• Assist customers in shopping and finding suitable options within budget
• Provide professional, enthusiastic customer service
• Maintain customer profiles in POS
• Fulfill and deliver orders including packing, labeling, shipping, and gift wrapping
• Ensure inventory is well-presented, organized, and replenished
• Perform other duties including watch sizing and ear piercing
• Attend regular AML and ATF compliance training
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Job description

Essential Functions:

• Keeping all digital media content up to date
• Creation and scheduling of all social media content and campaigns
• Build, maintain and optimize all social and digital media
• Develop and execute successful media campaigns that drive awareness and engagement
• Create and manage a customer base for email and whatsapp group media campaigns
• Create and update instore display content
• Maintain and update content on website to reflect our product and service offering
• Maintain and optimize our SEO
• Maintain and update our calendar and business page
• Keeping the store clean and presentable.
• Display inventory
• Inventory control and labeling
• Be knowledgeable about all products on sale
• Be proficient in using our POS systems
• Be proactive in assisting customers to shop and compare
• Assist customers in all aspects of service, and qualify customer needs and figure out what's right for them and there budget
• Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm that demonstrates our commitment to our customer.
• Maintain and update customer profile on POS system
• Perform all aspects of the fulfillment and delivery process; including, but not limited to - packing, labeling, shipping and gift wrapping
• Ensure proper presentation, organization of inventory and replenish stock as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to watch sizing and ear piercing.
• Have a regular and dependable attendance and punctuality
• Be aware of our AML and ATF compliance and take regular training

Qualifications: Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Related experience is a plus
• Photography knowledge is a plus
