The Role
We’re hiring a Social & Community Manager to make Invested Inc. the most friendly, helpful, and persistently present voice in consumer investing. You’ll post, comment, reply, and DM at scale—bringing valuable, actionable insights from our AltIndex app to the places investors hang out. This is a high-output, phone-first role focused on daily volume, quality interactions, and measurable growth.
Where you’ll operate (today): X/Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Product Hunt, and Discord. (Platforms will evolve as the market does.)
What You’ll Do
- Post & Engage—A Lot: Publish and schedule short posts, comments, and replies (hundreds per day across accounts) that add signal, not noise.
- Community Building: Start and moderate discussions, welcome newcomers, and keep conversations constructive and on-brand.
- Actionable Insights: Translate AltIndex data (AI scores, Reddit mentions/sentiment, insider activity, etc.) into bite-sized, useful posts and comment threads.
- DMs & Outreach: Send/respond to DMs, help users, route feedback, and spark creator/partner conversations.
- Account Creation & Stewardship: Spin up new handles/servers/threads where needed; maintain brand voice and consistency everywhere.
- Listening & Trends: Monitor finance/investing conversations, identify breakout topics, and jump in early with helpful POVs.
- Metrics & Learning: Track output, engagement, follower growth, traffic to app/landing pages, and community health; report learnings and iterate fast.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow platform rules and internal guidelines for accuracy, tone, and disclaimers.
What You Bring
- Basic finance & investing literacy (enough to translate signals into clear, accurate value for retail investors).
- High-output energy: You love shipping—posting, replying, improving—every day.
- Phone-first speed: Comfortable working from your phone on the go; excellent written tone and brevity.
- Empathy + Brand Voice: Friendly, helpful, and unpretentious. Zero spam.
- Owner mindset: Self-starting, organized, and relentless about learning what works.
- Platform fluency: X/Twitter threads, IG comments/DMs, Reddit etiquette, Product Hunt norms, Discord community ops.
Nice-to-haves: Basic design chops (Canva/Figma), light video editing, experience with social scheduling tools, UTM/link tracking, simple dashboards.

- Daily/weekly output volume (posts, comments, replies, DMs).
- Engagement quality (meaningful replies, saves, follows, server joins).
- Account growth (followers, members, active users).
- Traffic & sign-ups driven to AltIndex/app pages.
- Community health (sentiment, retention, repeat interactions).
