Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, seeks a Social Learning Specialist (BCBA) to lead neurodiversity-affirming social groups across home, school, and community settings in a hybrid clinic hub in Okemos, MI. You will manage a 25 billable hours/week caseload, design peer groups, plan community outreach, tailor interventions, and collaborate with families to reinforce social goals.

BCBA/BCaBA certification and MI licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Required: Michigan state licensure.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience or strong interest in group facilitation.
• Creativity around community-building and event-style programming.
• Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching.
• Genuine enthusiasm for neurodiversity-affirming, peer-based social learning.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 25 billable hours/week, delivering NDBI-based services across home, school, and community settings.
• Design and facilitate peer social skills groups across age ranges at our Hub.
• Plan and run monthly community outreach events, creating low-pressure, affirming spaces for connection.
• Adapt naturalistic, play-based strategies for group and community settings, not just 1:1.
• Partner with families to reinforce social goals outside the group setting.
• Help define the neurodiversity-affirming social group model.

SenseSational Learning Group is a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice grounded in play-based, child-led NDBI methods. We're building a SenseSational Learning Group Hub space in Okemos, MI designed specifically for connection — and this role is at the center of it. This is a hybrid clinical + group programming position.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB

• Required: Michigan state licensure

• Experience or strong interest in group facilitation, not just individual programming

• Creativity around community-building and event-style programming

Compensation: $85,000–$90,000/year (BCBA). BCaBA positions available in accordance with state guidelines; compensation differs from BCBA rates.
