Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Finisher/Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to work on void properties for councils and housing associations in and around Harrogate. The role covers boxing in pipework, decor, tiling and related finishing works on various schemes.

Applicants should have social housing experience, own tools and transport, and hold a valid CSCS card. Typical hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, with a 30-minute break.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Finisher or multi-skilled tradesperson in social housing settings.
• Ability to perform finishing tasks to quality standards on void properties.
• Own tools and transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Boxing in pipework, corking, painting/decorating, silicone joints, attaching skirtings, plaster-patching, easing doors, replacing 2-3 tiles.
• Work 40 hours per week, 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute break.
• Operate in Harrogate area on projects for councils/housing associations.
