Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Graphic Designer for the Social Creative team, focused on social-first storytelling, content creation, and ideation. You will concept and design social content for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels, collaborating with Copywriters, Video Editors, Art Directors, and Producers to maintain a cohesive visual language across the feed.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, and proficiency in Figma, CapCut, Photoshop,

Qualifications

2–5+ years of relevant professional experience; beauty or social-focused experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
Proficiency in Figma, CapCut, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Strong online portfolio demonstrating social, content-driven, and conceptual design work.
Active participant in an employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

Concept and execute social-first creative across platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
Partner with Social Director to plan social grid and cohesive visual narrative.
Design static assets and image crops per brand guidelines; support light motion or video edits.
Collaborate with Copywriters, Video Editors, Art Directors, and Producers.
Manage release of final assets, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
Support photo retouching with actionable notes and feedback; create animations and edit video.
