Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with two years of experience administering or coordinating programs OR Associate’s Degree with four years of experience administering or coordinating programs OR six years of progressive experience administering or coordinating programs.
• Knowledge of word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Verbal & written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of federal and state legislative requirements related to the specific program.
• Some positions within this classification may require some type of certification.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and functions of designated programs and ensure goals are accomplished within priorities, time and funding constraints.
• Serve as liaison between Tucson Unified School District, the community, health and social service systems.
• Supervise, manage, and implement strategic program plans for the district Community Health Worker model.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to increase community awareness, self-sufficiency and access to services.
