You will drive the editorial calendar, oversee production across in-house shoots and creator content, source and brief creators, and optimize performance with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in social, content, creator, or influencer marketing for a consumer brand or agency.
• Strong portfolio of social and creator content with demonstrated performance and business impact.
• Hands-on experience running creator or influencer partnerships and managing an influencer or creator agency.
• Comfort filming and editing lo-fi, native social content on a phone and briefing photographers, videographers, creators, and other creative partners.
• Demonstrated ability to use reporting and platform insights to shape content strategy, priorities, and investment decisions.

• Lead day-to-day social and creator content, setting priorities and standards across organic social, UGC, influencer, and affiliate content.
• Translate brand strategy, campaign direction, launches, and always-on priorities into social-first ideas and content plans.
