Job summary

Trove Brands seeks a strategic Social Creative Manager to lead the Social Content team. You will oversee development and execution of best-in-class social-first creative across our brands, while mentoring a small production team and driving content strategy and output for social channels.

Your primary goal is to elevate our social presence with innovative, high-performing content that strengthens brand affinity and drives engagement and growth. This is an in-office role at HQ in Lehi, Utah.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media creative, content production, or related field; videography/photography preferred.

Responsibilities

• Content direction and execution for social formats across video, photography, graphics.
• Define and lead the creative vision for social content across brands.
• Mentor and manage a team of social creatives and production staff.
• Oversee production workflows from concept to delivery; ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with brand, digital, and e-commerce teams for cohesive storytelling.
• Use data to evaluate performance and refine creative approaches.
