• Seven years in social-led creative, in-house or agency.
• Design as a tool, not a finish. You know when something should look made vs found.
• You live in social; read platforms as creative formats.
• Video and motion editing to finish quality.
• AI in your workflow; know where it helps and where it looks cheap.
• Idea to finished asset without handoff chains.

Responsabilidades

• Lead how Deel's brand shows up on social across platforms.
• Own the creative expression and ensure on-brand execution.
