Job summary

Digital Media Management in New York is seeking a Social Content Producer, Temporary, to join our Talent division on a project-to-project basis in the NYC area. You will plan, shoot, and edit social content, coordinating with clients and talent to deliver on-campaign goals.

The role requires 4+ years in social media, experience with public figures, and strong analytics skills. You will manage timelines, direct on-site talent, and contribute creative solutions to client objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in social media in a content capture or strategy role, entertainment preferred.
• Experience with public figures and/or in production.
• Experience in social media analytics and reporting.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; able to pivot quickly.
• Ability to manage timelines and moving parts of a campaign.
• Experience capturing content for short-form video (TikTok/Reels) and real-time iPhone editing with CapCut, Edits & InShot.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality social media content using an iPhone, including photos, short-form videos, Stories, and Reels.
• Capture authentic, on-brand moments in real time, with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and platform-specific content formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with day-to-day clients, partnering with them to understand and identify business issues, strategies, initiatives, priorities and expectations.
• Lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of the project including management of timelines, deliverables and logistics.
• Provide creative solutions to achieve the client’s objectives and ensure your team member has what they need to complete the tasks.
• Create & maintain relationships with talent and production onsite, being a resource for social media strategy and optimization.
