Job summary

ALO in Beverly Hills, CA seeks a Social Content Producer to plan, coordinate, and execute social-first content across shoots, campaigns, athlete content, and creator partnerships. This role balances creative execution with production operations and works closely with Creative, Social, Influencer, and Marketing teams.

You will lead end-to-end production, manage logistics, and ensure content meets platform best practices and performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in social content production, digital media, or creative production.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and evolving content trends.
  • Experience producing high-volume content and managing multiple projects.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution.
  • Comfortable operating independently and driving projects forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, and talent preferred.
  • Willing to travel and work non-standard hours as needed.
  • Collaborative with a proactive and clear communication style.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production of social-first content, from planning through on-set execution.
  • Oversee production logistics, including scheduling, locations, permits, crew, equipment, and talent.
  • Ensure content is captured efficiently and aligns with platform best practices and performance goals.
  • Lead content capture at high-profile brand events, adapting to fast-paced environments and evolving priorities.
  • Support production of athlete content, including talent coordination and on-site execution.
  • Manage creator content from outreach and briefing through final delivery, including timelines, approvals, and coordination with Influencer/Talent teams.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with content calendars and campaign timelines.
  • Own projects with autonomy, bringing structure and organization to production workflows.
  • Contribute to improving processes and increasing efficiency as content volume grows.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Social, Influencer, and Marketing teams from concept through execution.

Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees.
