Job summary

Creator Nation, LLC is seeking a Social Content Producer to develop and produce engaging short-form video across its social channels. You will film, edit, and direct, staying current with trends to grow the company’s digital presence.

With 2–3 years of end-to-end video experience and a strong reel portfolio, you’ll work across multiple brands, delivering platform-ready assets on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience producing short-form social video end to end (concept, shoot, edit).
• Portfolio of Reels and TikToks you have shot and edited yourself.
• Ability to move fast and deliver clean final assets on deadline across multiple brands.
• Comfortable directing executives and Creators on camera.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for Creator Nation’s social channels.
• Deliver platform-ready assets (cut, captioned, sized, packaged) to the Coordinator, Social Content.
• Turn content ideas from executives and portfolio companies into shot lists and finished pieces.
• Capture content on location at events, shoots, and in the office; direct executives on camera.
• Maintain raw footage and finished asset library for repurposing across channels.
• Stay on top of formats, hooks, and trends and bring new ideas to the team.

The Role

We are seeking a Social Content Producer to develop and produce engaging short-form video content across Creator Nation’s social channels. This role will bring content ideas to life through filming, editing, and creative direction while staying current with social trends and opportunities to grow the company’s digital presence.

What This Role Will Do

• Report to the Director, Marketing & Communications
• Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for Creator Nation's social channels, the channels of the companies under the Creator Nation umbrella, and executive social presence
• Deliver finished, platform-ready assets (cut, captioned, sized, and packaged) to the Coordinator, Social Content for posting
• Turn content ideas from the Coordinator, Social Content, executives, and portfolio companies into shot lists and finished pieces
• Capture content on location at events, shoots, and in the office and direct executives and Creators on camera
• Maintain the raw footage and finished asset library so content can be repurposed across channels
• Stay on top of formats, hooks, and trends and bring new content ideas to the team

What This Person Will Bring

• 2 to 3 years of experience producing short-form social video end to end (concept, shoot, edit)
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Portfolio of Reels and TikToks you have shot and edited yourself
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro, plus mobile-first shooting and lighting
• Strong instinct for what performs on Instagram and TikTok, including hooks, pacing, and trends
• Experience in entertainment, music, or creator-economy content
• Comfortable directing executives and Creators on camera
• Ability to move fast and deliver clean final assets on deadline across multiple brands

Compensation: The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD.

Additional Compensation Details

The expected compensation for this position is: $64,000.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
