Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Coordinator of Regional Marketing to support regional marketing efforts, conduct audience and artist research, and help deliver marketing assets to partners. You will also manage invoice coding, payments, and recap reports for events, while collaborating with internal teams on digital campaigns.

The role requires adapting to a fast-paced environment, a bachelor’s in marketing is preferred, and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred, but not required.
  • 1+ years of experience in event assisting/planning or marketing within entertainment, sports or public assembly settings.
  • Extensive music knowledge; event planning or concert marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist grassroots marketing campaigns (flyers/posters, shipping materials).
  • Assist local sponsorship team with annual local sponsorship recaps.
  • Support local PR by coordinating event media coverage.
  • Input show marketing information into Live Nation proprietary tools.
  • Provide day-of-show event coverage as required.
  • Work extended hours including weekends/evenings as show dates demand.
  • Assist with additional duties as needed.

The JOB

We are currently looking for a Coordinator of Regional Marketing. In this role, under the guidance of the Regional Marketing Management Team, you’ll be responsible for multiple marketing efforts including artist and audience research, coordination, and delivery of marketing assets to marketing partners, invoice coding and payment and event marketing recap reports.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties for the Regional Marketing Management Team
  • Coordinate the delivery of promotional tickets with applicable marketing partners throughout the region
  • Compile advertising settlement recap reports for locally booked events
  • Code and process incoming advertising invoices
  • Research audience and artist demographic info to help shape marketing plans
  • Research media performance statistics to inform marketing strategy
  • Work with internal teams to create impactful marketing campaigns on various digital platforms
  • Assist with any grassroots marketing campaigns (ordering flyers/posters, shipping materials)
  • Assist the local sponsorship team with annual local sponsorship marketing recaps
  • Assist the local PR team in compiling press requests to coordinate event media coverage
  • Ensure all necessary show marketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary marketing tools
  • Day of show event coverage as necessary
  • Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and evenings is required (as dictated by show dates, deadlines, etc.)
  • Assist in additional duties as needed
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred, but not required
  • 1+ years of prior experience in event assisting/planning or marketing experience within an entertainment, sports or public assembly facility setting
  • Extensive music knowledge: event planning, concert or sports marketing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong collaboration skills - can work well with navigating various stakeholders and teams
  • Ability to work day, evening, and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations
  • Willingness to travel as needed

The expected compensation for this position is

$19.23 USD - $24.04 USD Hourly ** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
