Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist for COTALAND to bring the park’s experiences to life on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and more. You will craft engaging photo, video, and written content that captures rides, events, and guest moments, working closely with Marketing, Creative, Events, Operations, and F&B teams.

The role involves on-site shooting, live-event coverage, calendar planning, and collaboration across departments to tell compelling stories

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Advertising, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of professional social media, digital marketing, content creation experience.
• Experience creating content for major social platforms.
• Experience creating short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar.
• Photography and videography experience, ability to capture content independently.

Responsabilités

• Support development of COTALAND’s social media strategy across major platforms.
• Create platform-specific content showcasing rides, attractions, events, and guest experiences.
• Develop content calendars aligned with campaigns and park operations.
• Capture high-quality photos and video with cameras and mobile devices.
• Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
• Cover live events and park activities in real time.
• Collaborate with departments to identify stories and content opportunities.
• Coordinate influencers, creators, and on-site activations.
• Stay current on social trends and platform updates.
• Edit and package assets, maintaining brand identity.
• Maintain organized digital libraries and asset management.
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, and freelancers during events.
• Review analytics and report on trends and opportunities.
