T&P Turkey is seeking a Social Content Creator to own end-to-end content—from ideation to scripting, filming, and editing—for multiple brands. You will craft native-feeling content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more, applying sharp copy and brand voice to engage audiences.

With 4+ years in social content and a portfolio showcasing storytelling and high-impact captions, you will collaborate with strategists, creatives, and client teams to deliver campaigns that drive engagement

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience creating content for social platforms within an agency, brand, publisher, or creator environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional content creation skills and social copywriting expertise.
• Proven ability to independently concept, script, shoot, edit, and deliver content with copywriting finesse.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, scripts, hooks, and storyboards for social content across multiple brands.
• Elevate content through copywriting, sharp captions, and compelling narratives.
• Capture content using mobile devices or professional camera equipment as needed.
• Edit short-form and long-form content with traditional or native platform tools.
• Tailor content to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Track trends and platform updates to create timely content.
• Own projects from concept to delivery, managing priorities and quality.
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and account teams to bring ideas to life.
• Apply brand guidelines while keeping content authentic to each platform.
• Review performance insights to optimize future content.
