Job summary

AMOREPACIFIC, US, INC is seeking a highly organized Commerce Account Manager to support TikTok Shop operations from New York. Hybrid role requiring NY residency, focusing on product listings, PDPs, sales monitoring, inventory health, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to launch promotions, analyze performance, manage invoices, and ensure a top‑notch customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3–5 years of commerce account management experience.
Experience managing Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and online merchandising.
Experience preparing weekly sales reporting and business performance analysis.
Strong inventory management and forecasting experience.
Experience with ecommerce fulfillment, shipping, and supply chain operations.
Experience processing invoices and maintaining operational documentation.
Experience supporting ecommerce customer service orders and shipments.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across TikTok Shop accounts.
Maintain product information, pricing, imagery, and merchandising.
Set up PDPs for launches, promos, and campaigns.
Coordinate product launches and assortment updates across commerce channels.
Review weekly sales reports and dashboards.
Monitor KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, inventory levels and sell‑through.
Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fulfillment challenges.
